HELLO everyone!

wow its been 6 months since i last posted an entry. & you guys may be wondering: "hmm why did heejoo start xanga again?" & my answer to that is... I DIDNT! :) no im jst joking. i was doing dain's for him & then i was like. WOW my abandoned and neglected xanga. heehee..

thanksgiving jst passed this weekend & im glad for so many things in life. first & foremost, GOD & JESUS for all the blessings they've poured down on me and the people around me through the course of my lifetime. for always being there in spirit when im down and for providing me with guidance and help when in a time of need. for absolutely everything in my life! FAMILY for all the love and support. for the laughs and the tears. even during my lockdownstatus, i know that its for my own good and for my own benefit. MOM for everything she's sacrificed to make my life the way it is today. for nurturing me, for giving me rides everywhere. for being there when i need her but at the same time, backing away when i need my space. for feeding me, for giving me her love for reading, watching movies, etc. DAD for being the "chill" one, for persuading my mom to let me do things, like go to dances and parties. for protecting me from all the bad stuff in the world, even though it was inevitable that i would be released to the "real" world. for always making sure i had my blanket when i slept, for waking me up to finish homework. MATT for getting me to exercise while chasing him down, for making me laugh with his pitiful jokes, for backing me up & covering for me when my parents were on my case, for giving in to me all the time. GRACE for her silly jokes, dances, and songs that make me laugh and smile regardless of what kind of day i had. for keeping me company in bed when im scared of the dark, for keeping me in check. FRIENDS (too many to name one by one. jst know im thankful for all of you guys, i love you guys<3) for being there when im stressed out because of parents. for buying me food and letting me share my food too. for sharing gossip, jokes, and stories. for those funnights<3 and fundays. for keeping me company when exercising, for helping me with homework when needed. for caring about me when im sick, for being there to pass the boring hours in school.

PEOPLE arent the only things to be thankful for though. im thankful for beds, mp3 players, cellphones, computers, running water, toilets, pillows!, icecream, buildabears & other stuffed animals, indoor slippers, socks, shoes, koreandramas!, chickens & cows & pigs, rain, snow, sunnnnn, lights, cars, sprinklers, roses & other flowers, peyton manning.. etc you get the drift? there's so much to life we take little notice of. BE GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING! and dont take it for granted..

okay im gonna go. this is one VERY long entry. i feel so... proud of myself :) heehee

so essentially my xanga is almost dead =] but i'll update anyways

wow. sophomore year has ended, im halfway done with highschool. sounds kinda scary now that i think about it, time flew by so quickly.. but i dont feel like a junior (and being called a junior makes me feel old & out of place). weirdly, it doesnt seem like the year really ended (and the end wasnt that great anyways, with all that drama & crap). im jst glad that im one year closer to going to college (but at the same time, i dont wanna worry about college). gosh why is life so complicated?!

but yeah, i'll miss everyone who's off to college now. wow who'd ever think we'd get separated like this? people are going all over the place- UCLA, USC, Indiana, Duke, Amherst, NYU. i wish you guys the best of luck & you guys better keep in contact with me or else =( before you go, you should call me & we should do something together, especially if i've known you for a long time ya know what i mean? anyways i will miss you guys & i'll keep you guys in my prayers & come visit whenever you can!

for those who arent the class of 2006, thank god =) we can spend another year and make some more memories! thanks for all those who helped me and listened to me during my sophomore year

(too lazy to do individual shoutouts.. will do later if i feel like it. or better yet, comment me & leave you name. i'll do a shoutout for you =)

random things that come to mind when i think of my sophomore year: the trio<3, harvey, monster energy drink!, getting sick, homecoming night, dramaaa, patbingsoo trips, sixflags & dejavu!, surprise parties, etc etc.. there's more, i jst dont remember them on the top of my head (memory loss victim = me)

THIS SUMMER is gonna be hell. one week of s.leadership.s (7+ hours everyday!) & arcadia elite bootcamp (8:00-2:00 everyday!.. for the entire summer!), and preparation for piano recital, concert, and competition (the entire month of july!). on top of that, GOLF lessons & whatnot. what a GREAT summer -_-; it's gonna be a hellhole.. someone come rescue meeee!

BUT! my weekends are freeee so everyone.. LET'S DO SOMETHING! especially if i wont be seeing you after this summer =( then we must definitely chiiiiiiilll

my xanga is dead, yet im updating to say a few things:

APs are freaken gay & whoever invented the exams needs to be shot -_- im sooo tired of review sessions, reading textbooks, trying to memorize a bajilllion facts in my head only to find out i forget them the next day, etc etc etc .. two weeks of hell! after this friday, i'll have jst the bio exam & the two-day bio final & i shalll be finished! sighhh i wish it would hurry, this week is dragging but yet again, there isnt enough time at the same time... once APs are done & over with, its time to party :) hooray!!! sixflags, shopping, nrb, and other "stuff" .. jst cant waittt! now i shall be off to do some more studying... whoop-dee-do -_-; someone jst shoot me now

whoaaaa it's been over a month since i last updated o_o talk about busy (or lazy).. anyways, to give a quickkk update:

aprilfools2006<3 was hilarious. agape, esther & i .. :] knarf (frank) totallly fell for the prank, although he's in denial. harhar "abortions are expensive" yeahhhh hah! erms.. my grandparents came from korea last week, that was kinda cool 'cause i havent seen them forever. sigh* gotta love your grandparents when they spoil you :]. what else what else.. oh yeah spring break! :] gah it was relaxing but went by way too quickly. like whoaaaaa too quickly.. wish it was longer, im going back to school in 2 days - -; went shopping, jst chilled with folks, spent some time with family. got my permit (finally!!) & what else.. hrms. oh yeah. was supposed to go down to san diego to go to sea world, but got cancelled cause it had to freaken rain only on that day - -;

acccccck i cant believe spring break is already over. im dreading school already, and its only saturday night. -_-; oh yeah, everyone got their progress reports but me. thats a good thing right? :]
